Dumpster Rentals Terms and Conditions
- Do not put more than 1 yard of heavy material in a dumpster. This includes: dirt, concrete, asphalt, shingles, tile, or other heavy material.
- Do not fill the dumpster over the top or allow the sides to bulge out more than 1/2 ft.
- Do not place dumpster under a tree or powerlines.
- Each 10 yard dumpster is rated for 2.5 tons maximum.
- You may keep the dumpster for up to 60 days.
- We charge $95/ton for any weight overage (prorated).
- There may be additional charges for bulk items such as mattresses and boxsprings.
- By law we cannot accept any toxic or hazardous waste (i.e. paint, oil, batteries, chemicals, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, fluorescent bulbs or ballasts). Additional restrictions may apply. Please Click Here for a more comprehensive list. Always feel free to call us as we can sometimes make special exceptions or offer alternatives for disposal.
If any of the above items are not complied with, we may charge a $100 trip charge unless you are able to make the adjustments while we are there. If you choose not to make the adjustments, you will be responsible for the removal and there is no refund on the dumpster.
